Paul Bieniawski

Paul W. Bieniawski is CEO of Enstor Gas LLC, the largest privately held gas storage company in the United States. Prior to that, he was CEO of Zechstein Midstream BV, a European focused independent midstream services provider. Previously, Bieniawski founded and led Katy Energy Partners, an international energy infrastructure consultancy firm.
He has also held leadership roles at Bobcat Gas Storage after having worked for Reliant Energy Power Generation, Enron North America, Sofregaz U.S., NorAm Hub Services, Tenneco Gas, Amoco Production Company, and Pennzoil Producing Company. Bieniawski has been involved in energy development projects in Australia, Argentina, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Sweden, Thailand, UK, and US.  He is past Chair of the Gulf Coast Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is also past Chair of the Hydrocarbon Storage Study Group and the Inventory Verification Study Group of the American Gas Association’s Underground Storage Committee. He was named Outstanding Young Engineer for the Gulf Coast Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is an Honorary State Senator for the State of Louisiana.
