Sarah Bairstow

Chief Executive Officer, Mexico Pacific

Sarah Bairstow holds significant international LNG and energy leadership experience, including unique ‘concept to operations’ LNG project development experience across Asia Pacific and North American LNG projects. As Chief Executive Officer of Mexico Pacific, Bairstow is responsible for the development, and execution of the US$15 billion Saguaro Energía LNG facility and supporting Sierra Madre pipeline, growth projects and corporate enterprise activities.

Bairstow holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University. She is a regular plenary speaker at keynote energy industry conferences, was appointed Executive Chair of the 2024 global Gastech conference and has been widely recognized across the industry as a judge and award recipient including the LNG industry’s Power Play judging panel sponsored by ExxonMobil.
