Chris Hogan is a seasoned Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he has been a key player since 2004. With over two decades of investment banking experience, Hogan specializes in sell-side, buy-side, and financial advisory services for private equity firms and public and private companies.

His expertise is particularly notable in the Industrials sector, with a strong focus on Chemicals & Materials transactions. Hogan’s comprehensive background and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor for complex deals.

Hogan earned his B.S. from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where he majored in finance, economics, marketing, and statistics.
