Recently spent 15 years at ExxonMobil holding leadership positions in LNG and Hydrogen. Originated and delivered key enabling FSRU contracts for LNG import terminal infrastructures globally. Mr. Blackwell holds MBA at University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School & was Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy
