Jan Kalfus

Jan Kalfus is the Director of Energy & Feedstocks at Braskem Corporation, where he oversees market intelligence, strategic planning, and business development activities. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kalfus has a proven track record of delivering business growth through new technologies, services, and efficiencies. He previously led the Global Catalysis and US Tech Center at Braskem and, before joining Braskem, worked in various roles in Chemicals and later Refining at ExxonMobil. Kalfus began his career as a chemical engineer at Unipetrol/PKN Orlen in the EU.
